Nicholas holds a DMA in Choral Music from the University of Southern California and serves as a guest lecturer on vocology at Cornell University. With nearly two decades of experience in conducting and teaching diverse age groups, he seamlessly integrates cutting-edge vocal science and choral pedagogy into his work with young singers. Nicholas's expertise spans academic research in child development and choral pedagogy, as well as designing bespoke music programs for schools, featuring modules like choral speech and jazz musicianship. His balanced approach ensures every child receives personalized attention within a supportive, developmentally tailored group setting.
Peiwen holds a double Masters in Kodály music pedagogy and in Gifted Education (NIE/NTU Singapore). She also hold degrees in psychology and geography. This unique background and 20 years of teaching experience in the classroom and conducting choirs allows her to design lessons that are developmentally appropriate, responsive to diverse learning needs, and inclusive.
In every class, she creates a nurturing and engaging environment where every child can grow musically, emotionally, and personally.
